Mark is dedicated to reducing the impact of musculoskeletal (MSK) pain on individuals and society. He believes that manual therapy can play an important role in helping reduce pain and also advocates for Lifestyle Medicine as a key approach to helping people achieve better health, live well, and reach their personal goals. Mark loves his job treating patients and has a deep enthusiasm for learning.

Throughout his career, Mark has gained extensive experience. He has been a Chiropractor for professional football teams MK Dons and Lincoln City, worked as a Test of Competence Assessor for the General Chiropractic Council, lectured on the Chiropractic Masters program at London Southbank university and currently holds the position of Secretary for the Public Health Society of the Royal College of Chiropractors.

When he’s not working or studying Mark coaches his son’s football team and enjoys participating in a variety of sports. In his younger days he competed in the 400m hurdles running for the County at National level competitions. Now, he jogs to keep fit and has completed the London and Manchester marathons. He also enjoys cycling, playing football, and open water/cold water swimming. Although he’s a gym member he admits to attending sporadically but is always determined to go more often.

Mark loves being outdoors, enjoys walking, cooking on a BBQ and especially spending quality time with his family.

Qualifications: 

  • BSc(Hons) Chemistry and Sports Science – Loughborough University 
  • MChiro Chiropractic – University of Glamorgan 
  • PGCert (Clinical development) – University of Glamorgan 
  • Masters Module in Evidence based practice – University of Hertfordshire 
  • Currently studying and completing the core accreditation in Lifestyle medicine
